CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese

Poach chicken. Add vermouth to poaching water. Skin, bone, and slice cooked breasts. Drain broccoli. Arrange in baking dish. Place chicken slices over broccoli. Mix soup and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
