MINESTRONE SOUP 
2 qts. water
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 lb. lean hamburger pieces
1/2 tbsp. crushed pepper
1/2 c. orzo
Lg. can Veg-All, drained
Lg. can tomatoes, cut up
16 oz. can tomato sauce

Bring water to a boil. Add hamburger pieces and let simmer for 1 hour. Then add Veg-All, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer 15 minutes more, while cooking orzo. Drain orzo and add to the soup. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving, if desired.
