CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
2 c. cooked chicken, in bite-size pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. canned milk or cream
1 can El Chico enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3/4 bag Fritos (11 1/2 oz. size)

Mix first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Then layer in large pan in following order: Fritos, sauce, cheese, sauce, Fritos, cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
