LORI'S SAUERKRAUT 
2 cans sauerkraut
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion

Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Saute bacon in large skillet. Remove bacon. Saute onions for about 5 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut. Add brown sugar and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 minutes. Crumble bacon over top. Serve warm.
