BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
8 slices firm white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
8 lg. eggs
2 c. milk
4 tbps. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Layer a casserole dish 9x5x3 (greased) with bread/cheese start with bread, end with cheese.

Mix eggs, milk, butter, mustard, beat thoroughly. Pour over bread, refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

This is also good with sausage. Cook sausage, drain off fat, crumble in with cheese or shrimp, again layer in with cheese, can add finely chopped onion, or red pepper (for pretty color). Very versatile.
