LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 sm. box lemon or orange Jello
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lemons

Pour 1 cup boiling water over package of lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved and let cool. Empty cake mix in a bowl. Add oil and mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix at slow speed. Add cooled Jello. Pour into well greased and floured 8"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix 1 cup powdered sugar with juice of 2 lemons. When cake is done, pierce with fork throughout and pour mixture over hot cake.
