CHICKEN CHUTNEY SALAD 
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. chutney
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry
2 tsp. lime rind
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. golden raisins (or fresh pineapple)
4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
Slivered almonds (for garnish)

Whisk all ingredients in bowl (except chicken) until smooth. Add chicken and garnish with slivered almonds. You should serve this within 2 to 3 hours. If you use fresh pineapple, serve in hollowed out pineapple shell.
