CHICKEN SALAD 
3 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chutney
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup French Dressing
Salad greens

Combine chicken, celery, chutney, salt and French Dressing. Chill for several hours. Serve on salad greens surrounded with fruits. Sprinkle pear halves with ground ginger.

Makes 6 servings.
