PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 can pumpkin (1 lb.) 1/2 c. cold sweet milk 1 1/2 pkgs. Sweet & Low 1 sm. vanilla instant pudding (sugar free) 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Place all the above in bowl and beat in electric mixer 1 minute. Fold in 1 (8 ounce) carton of Cool Whip. Spoon into graham cracker pie crust. Chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream (optional). Clearwater, Florida |
