PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 sticks butter (softened, not melted)
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Walnut & pecans (optional)
Graham cracker pie crust

Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs and butter and beat for 15 minutes (no less). Put on top of graham crackers crust. Spread pineapples over filling then slice bananas and make a layer over pineapples. Spread Cool Whip over fruit. Sprinkle with walnuts or pecans, if desired. Refrigerate overnight before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
