LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix sugar, salt, lemon, flour, and cornmeal together. Beat in the eggs thoroughly. Then add butter, lemon juice and milk. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 50-60 minutes or until set.
