NOODLE - RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
3 oz. Angel Hair spaghetti, broken into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
3/4 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon granules
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup, undiluted
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced & drained

Melt butter in large skillet. Add spaghetti; saute until golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir once during baking.
