NOODLE RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. butter 1/2 lb. fine noodles, not cooked 2 cans chicken broth 2 cans onion soup 1 c. water 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced 1 tsp. soy sauce 2 c. instant rice, not cooked Melt butter in a skillet. Add noodles and brown. Add rest of ingredients and put in a 3 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
