JOHNNY MAZETTE 
2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms with liquid
1 can tomato soup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. broad noodles
2 c. grated American cheese

In large pan saute peppers, onion, celery and ground meats in hot butter. Add salt. Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes. Stir in olives, mushrooms and canned liquids. Cook 5 or more minutes. Cook noodles following directions; drain. Turn noodles into a 14 x 10 x 2 inch pan. Add sauce and gently stir until well blended. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. There is enough sauce in this recipe for 2 lbs. of noodles. I divide in two portions and freeze.
