MOM'S NO-BAKE FUDGIES | |
1/4 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1 c. chopped coconut 1 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar (1/2 brown, 1/2 white) 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix cocoa, oats, coconut and pecans in a large bowl. Melt together the milk, butter and sugar. Add the vanilla. Pour this liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir. Form cookies into 1 inch balls with damp fingers while dough is still warm. Drop onto wax paper and let stand for at least two hours. |
