1 box lemon cake mix
1 box pineapple INSTANT pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up

GLAZE:

1 c. XXX sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat cake mix (dry) on high speed of mixer for one minute. Add dry pudding mix and blend together. Add eggs, cooking oil and 7-Up. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed of mixer.

Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn onto cake immediately.

While cake is still hot, drizzle glaze over cake. Make glaze by mixing lemon juice with XXX sugar until smooth and creamy.
