ONE DISH MEAL 
2 lg. potatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
2 sliced carrots

Slice potatoes in bottom of greased casserole pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add uncooked rice, raw hamburger, and salt. Add sliced onion and carrots. Pour tomato juice over all. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
