CORNFLAKED POTATOES 
12 med. size potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. hot milk or cream
Dash onion salt
Dash pepper
2 beaten eggs, diluted with 4 tbsp. water
Crushed Corn Flakes

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash well, adding butter, salt, hot milk, onion, salt and pepper. Roll potatoes into 12 balls. Roll balls in egg, then in crushed Corn Flakes. When ready to bake, place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until well heated - about 20 minutes.
