NUTRITIOUS BROWNIES 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, broken
1 c. wheat germ
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. dry cocoa

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Sift dry milk, baking powder and cocoa through a sieve into other ingredients and stir well. Spread in heavily greased 8-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately and cut into bars while still warm.
