BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread (crust removed and cubed)
1 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained
1 lb. bacon or ham, cooked
6 eggs
1/2 pt. half and half
1 c. or more shredded cheddar cheese

Lubricate bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass casserole. Spread bread crumbs on bottom. Add fried sausage and bacon (or ham) on top of cubes. Whip up eggs and half and half and pour over sausage. Spread cheese over eggs. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice in squares and serve.
