CHOCOLATE CRUNCH PIE | |
1 pkg. Jello chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling 1 c. cold milk 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground 1 1/2 c. either chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts or granola bar chunks 1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust Prepare pudding mix with 1 cup milk, as directed on package. Fold in whipped topping. Stir 1 cup cookies and chips into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with gumdrops, if desired. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Note: Store leftover pie in freezer. |
