POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar sour cream
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Boil chicken in water, covered, for 45 minutes. Debone. In separate bowl, mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Break up chicken into pieces and put in casserole dish. Pour sour cream and soup mixture over the thicken; mix together. Melt butter and mix cracker crumbs and poppy seeds with butter (this is the topping). Sprinkle this over the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
