1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. Karo corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 qts. popped popcorn

Put first four items in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil 60 seconds - no longer. Remove from stove and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popped popcorn after having made sure all old maids have been removed.
