BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg. pkg. Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese (gold pkg.)
7 slices white bread, buttered

Cook broccoli until thawed - drain well.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion and eggs. Add drained broccoli. Put in 3 quart casserole (buttered). Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Grate bread on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Wonderful!
