FRESH PEACH EGGNOG 
1 med. fresh peach
1 tsp. fresh lime juice (1/2 lime ought to do)
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 whole egg
2 tbsp. crushed ice

Cut the peach into small pieces (removing the pit, of course). Puree it in blender (or press it through a fine strainer or sieve). Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed for a few seconds. If you don't own a blender, shake vigorously in a covered jar until frothy. Makes 1 large glass.
