FETTUCINI CARBONARO 
Fettuccine
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 lb. pepperoni or Canadian bacon
1/4 c. butter

Cook fettuccine and drain. Slightly beat 3 egg yolks. Add to 2/3 cup whipping cream and mix. Slice 1/2 pound pepperoni or Canadian bacon. Put drained fettuccine in pan with 1/4 cup melted butter, and heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add eggs and cream while continually mixing. Add Parmesan cheese and pepperoni and toss. Serve in heated pan.
