4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
6 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Add sugar gradually to the beaten eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees, about 15 minutes. Remove from pan, place on powdered sugar paper. Spread with jelly and roll quickly.
