CHINESE RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. shredded cabbage & carrots
4 scrambled eggs
4 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
12 slices ham, cubed
2 lg. shallots, cubed
Soy sauce to taste

Stir fry rice in butter. In separate pan, stir fry cabbage and carrots. Mix with rice. Stir fry ham, chicken, shallots. Mix all, add soy sauce. Finally, add eggs and mix, then serve.
