BAKED POTATO SALAD 
10 to 12 cubed potatoes
1 med. onion or 1 tbsp. dry onion
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 can celery soup
1/2 can water
American cheese, chopped or grated

Put potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle onion on top. Sprinkle bacon on top. Mix soup and water and spoon all over top. Put cheese on top.
