BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
6 to 8 good sized potatoes 1 lb. bacon, fry 1 lb. Colby cheese, cubed 1 c. mayonnaise Peel and cube potatoes. Cook as if making mashed potatoes. Drain water. Fry bacon in microwave. Crumble and put into potatoes. Mix cheese and mayonnaise with other mixture and place in 13 x 9 inch ungreased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and it is golden on top. Can use salt to your own taste. |
