BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 cooked, peeled & diced potatoes
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper
1/2 lb. chopped partly fried bacon
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives

Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonanise and onions. Place in 9"x13" baking dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Yield: 12 servings.
