1 c. chopped tomatoes 2 c. grated cheese (any) 2 1/2 c. refried beans 2 1/2 c. rice, cooked 1 lb. fried hamburger 1 bag tortilla chips 2 c. Cheddar cheese 1 (9 x 12 inch) dish Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take rice and put it on bottom of dish. Then put the tomatoes on top of that. Then spread the refried beans smoothly on the tomatoes. Then put the hamburger (already cooked) on the beans. After that put your choice of cheese on top of the hamburger. Then take tortilla chips and sprinkle them all over. Take the Cheddar cheese and put on the chips. Cook for 17 minutes and enjoy! |
