BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up 3/4 c. mayonnaise Little Durkees 1/2 c. lightly toasted slivered almonds 1 c. thickened chicken broth 3 hard boiled eggs, diced Sm. can water chestnuts, diced 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Sm. can mushrooms 2 tsp. onion juice Salt and pepper I also like to add cut up celery to taste. Mix all ingredients together and place in greased baking dish. 1/2 c. crushed potato chips 1/2 c. coarsely grated sharp cheese Bake in 425 degree oven until brown and bubbly, approximately 1/2 hour. Serves 6. |
