BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1/4 - 1/2 c. sliced nuts (almonds, cashews or walnuts)
1 c. sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion or fresh
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch black pepper
1/2 - 1/3 c. mayonnaise

TOP:

3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Mix all ingredients except cheese and French fried onions together in a casserole dish. Top with cheese then French fried onions. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
