BAKED PINEAPPLE FILLING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed
Cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add drained pineapple. Stir in bread cubes. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 5 to 6. Serve with chicken or ham.
