PORK CHOP POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
24 oz. hashed brown potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. can French fried onions

Brown chops lightly; season and set aside.

Combine soup, milk, sour cream, seasoning salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture into 9"x13" baking dish.

Arrange chops on top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered for 5 more minutes.
