QUICK GLAZED SWEET POTATOES OR
CARROTS
 
1 tbsp. Tang
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water

Combine all ingredients, stir over heat until bubbly (works nicely in a skillet). Add 18 ounce can vacuum packed sweet potatoes, frozen sweet potato patties, or cooked sweet potatoes (or carrots). Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning to glaze on all sides.
