GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
6 cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

Slice peeled, cooked sweet potatoes lengthwise in halves.

Combine butter, brown sugar and nutmeg. Arrange potatoes in a greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Broil or simmer until browned; turn to brown both sides.

Makes 6 servings.
