SPRING ROLLS 
1 pkg. egg roll wraps (4"x4")
1/2 lb. lean pork
1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 c. green onion
2 c. bean sprouts
Soya sauce
Pinch of brown sugar

BATTER:

2 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1 egg

Mix batter ingredients.

Cook pork and hamburger; drain. Add onion, bean sprouts and brown sugar; mix well. Add soya sauce to taste. Fill each wrap with 2 tablespoons of mix mixture. Fold like a burrito, making sure both ends are closed, baste with batter, being sure batter seals ends. Deep fry just until golden brown. Serve hot.
