2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 med. sized potatoes
2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine 1st 6 ingredients; sprinkle over warm potatoes and chill overnight. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with the chilled mixture with mayonnaise.
