POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
12 hard boiled eggs
1 qt. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 c. chopped pickles
1/2 c. pickle juice

Cook potatoes and cool. Dice. Combine with chopped eggs, onions and celery. Mix salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, sour cream, salad dressing, pickles and juice. Stir into potato mixture. Chill to serve. Line platter with fresh lettuce leaves. Mound salad in oblong shape. Garnish with tomato wedges, stuffed olives and fresh parsley. Serves 24.
