AUNT MARGARET'S POTATO SALAD 
As show told me:

5-8 lbs. red potatoes
1-2 lbs. bacon
Celery
1 doz. eggs
Chives
1 qt. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

A s she showed me: Boil potatoes with jackets on. Let cool. Cut up and put in large bowl. Make layer at a time. Cut up eggs, some celery and chives and put between each layer as much as you like. Fry bacon until crisp. Take out of pan and drain on paper towel.

Save small amount of grease in fry pan. Add Miracle Whip to pan and cook until bubbles. Add vinegar to taste. Pour over potato mixture. Put bacon on top. You can also mix some with salad dressing if you like. Garnish with eggs sliced in fourths.
