POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes
1 onion, raw
3 eggs, boiled
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
2 stalks celery
1 carrot, raw
4 to 6 radishes
1/2 c. diced sweet pickles

Wash potatoes, leave peeling on and potatoes whole. Cook potatoes over medium heat approximately one hour; drain and let cool. Peel and dice potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, eggs, radishes and pickles. Add salad dressing and pepper to taste.
