CHERRY CHEESE DESSERT 
1 pkg. cinnamon graham crackers
4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
6 tbsp. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Milk to make cheese creamy
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello and 2 c. hot water
2 (16 oz.) cans dark sweet pitted cherries

Crush crackers, add melted butter, then press into bottom of large dish. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, almond extract, 10X sugar with enough milk to make cheese creamy. Spread on cold crackers. Cool. Mix Jello and 2 cups hot water. Add 2 cans cherries with juice. Cool. When stiff, add to top of cream cheese.
