Yellow cake mix
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 egg

Mix until crumbly. Save one cup. Put remainder in bottom of cookie sheet like pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

Pour onto cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup crust on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
