LEMON/LIME CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 tsp. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. lime or lemon juice
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tsp. cream
1 tsp. grated lemon or lime rind
1 egg

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press the remainder into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake crust at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch carefully to not burn!

Mix remainder of ingredients thoroughly. Pour into baked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes with reserved cup of mixture for topping. Cool then chill before cutting.
