MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. confectioners sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 c. finely chopped nuts Blend butter and sugar; add salt and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts until evenly mixed. Divide dough in 5 portions. Chill and slice into 3-inch lengths. Split in half lengthwise and place the split side down on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes. |
