FILET FISH AU GRATIN 
4 to 6 slices filet fish
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake salted and prepared fish in baking dish for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove fish from oven and cover with mushroom soup and cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
