TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 can chopped chilies
2 c. grated cheese
1 lg. jar salsa
8 oz. sour cream
Tortilla chips

Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning mix and follow directions on package. Set aside.

Spread refried beans in 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover with meat mixture. Add layer of chilies. Cover with cheese. Cover cheese with salsa.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking make hole in center and add sour cream. Serve immediately with chips.
