GOURMET PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream

Trim fat and coat chops with flour and salt. Brown in hot oil. Place chops in baking dish. Drain any remaining oil from frying pan. Combine soup, water, spices in the pan and then pour over chops. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the onion rings. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until very tender. Remove meat to platter. Add sour cream to sauce. Reheat slightly. Serve with noodles or rice.
